OUR STORY
A small beginning.
A big dream.
Fynbos Fresh Box grew from a love for family, farming and wholesome food. I’m Lucille Bester, a qualified pharmacist, wife and mom. I stepped away from permanent pharmacy work to spend more time with our children and become more involved in life on the farm.
That change opened the door to something new. I started raising chickens as a small side venture, and what began with a few chickens became a much bigger dream.
My pharmacy background gave me a deep appreciation for health and nutrition. That philosophy sits at the heart of Fynbos Fresh Box: producing simple, wholesome food that we would be happy to put on our own family’s table.
Every egg collected, chicken raised and order packed forms part of our family’s journey.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ordering information
Orders & availability. Products are subject to availability. An order is confirmed once Fynbos Fresh Box has accepted it.
Weights & pricing. Products sold by weight are charged according to final packed weight. Prices are in South African Rand and may change as input costs change.
Payment. Payment arrangements are provided when your order is confirmed. Please use your name or invoice/order number as the payment reference.
Collection & delivery. Arrangements and any applicable delivery fee are confirmed with your order. Customers are responsible for supplying correct contact and delivery information.
Food safety. Once collected or delivered, customers are responsible for appropriate refrigeration/freezing, handling and preparation. Chicken must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.
Quality concerns. Please contact us promptly if a product is incorrect, damaged, unsafe or not of acceptable quality. Keep the product, packaging and proof of purchase where practical.
Natural variation. Egg colour and size, chicken size, portion size, weight and appearance can naturally vary.
Cancellations. Please notify us as early as possible. Changes may not be possible once poultry has been processed, portioned, packed or reserved for your order.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights available under applicable South African consumer law.
